The Baja Animal Sanctuary is located just 25 miles south of the San Ysidro border crossing. We have volunteers who drive down to BAS all the time who are very willing to have you follow them to the sanctuary your first time down, or, if you do not want to drive yourself, we have volunteers who you can carpool with. Either way it's a good idea to call or email ahead of time so we know you are coming.
