The Baja Animal Sanctuary is home to over 300 canine residents! If you are looking for just the right addition to your family, we invite you to drive down to the sanctuary and meet some of our furry residents. If you are unable to make the drive down to the sanctuary, here are 10 of our wonderful canine friends who are looking for loving homes. We also conduct adoption events at the Vista and Murphy Canyon, California PetSmart stores. Call (760) 727-5369 for dates and times.

| Pregnant Sophie was hit by a car trying to cross the road. At 10 years of age she gave birth to 1 pup. She would make a wonderful companion to anyone willing to love and cuddle her a lot. | |
| Amber – Beagle/Hound Mix | |

| Amber is a beautiful girl and loves to play and be scratched behind the ears. | |
| Jacob – Cocker/Lab Mix | |

| Jacob was found tied to a tree in front of the sanctuary. He has an old injury to his rear leg which makes him walk with a slight limp, but he is a very sweet boy. | |
| Manny – Shepherd Mix | |

| YAWN – “I’m getting ready for a little nap”. Very sweet and loving guy. | |
| Shorty – Lab/Corgi Mix | |

| Although a little shy at first, Shorty warms up quickly and is a very loving and playful guy. | |
| Jimi – German Sheppard | |
| Sex: Male Neutered | Age: About 6 Years |
| Jimi is a six year old pure bred German Shepard with hip displacia. Jimi’s owner was forced to move and does not have the room for him. He is currently being housed with a family, but needs a permanent home. Other than his hips, his health is good and he loves children and other dogs. | Rosie – Pit Bull | |

| Rosie is a one year old pure bred Pit Bull who was brought to the Sanctuary because she wasn’t mean enough. The owner wanted a mean pit bull and Rosie was just too sweet. She loves getting petted and playing with puppies. | |
